By accessing or using the Prestige Black website, submitting a reservation request, or booking a vehicle or chauffeur service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility to Rent
To rent a vehicle from Prestige Black, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (25+ for select performance vehicles)
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Provide proof of full-coverage insurance meeting minimum state requirements
- Pass identity, license, and insurance verification
We reserve the right to deny service at our sole discretion.
2. Reservations & Payments
All reservations require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking.
Promotional rates and discounts may carry additional restrictions.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms.
3. Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit may be required.
Deposits are released after vehicle return and inspection, provided no violations, damages, or additional charges apply.
Release timing depends on bank processing and may take 5–10 business days.
4. Vehicle Use Restrictions
The renter agrees:
- Not to smoke or vape in the vehicle
- Not to allow unauthorized drivers
- Not to use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal activities
- To operate the vehicle in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws
Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
5. Mileage, Fuel & Care
Mileage limits apply unless unlimited mileage is explicitly purchased.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
Excess mileage, fuel replacement, cleaning, and smoking fees will apply when applicable.
6. Damage, Loss & Responsibility
The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, vandalism, or loss during the rental period.
This includes mechanical damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Repair costs, diminished value, administrative fees, and loss-of-use charges may apply.
7. Accidents & Breakdowns
Accidents must be reported immediately to law enforcement and Prestige Black.
Unauthorized repairs are prohibited.
Roadside assistance may be available depending on the vehicle and circumstances.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Vehicle Availability
If a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, Prestige Black may:
- Provide a comparable or upgraded replacement, or
- Issue a full refund if no replacement is available
10. Limitation of Liability
Prestige Black is not liable for:
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or third parties
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prestige Black, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or vehicles.
12. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of rental privileges
- Submission of evidence to financial institutions
- Recovery of administrative and legal costs
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, images, and text are the property of Prestige Black Corporation and may not be used without written permission.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Modifications
Prestige Black reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Booking Requests & Confirmation
Submitting a reservation request or quote inquiry through the Prestige Black website or associated platforms does not guarantee vehicle availability or service confirmation. A reservation is only considered confirmed once accepted by Prestige Black and any required payment or deposit has been successfully processed.
18. Automated Messaging Consent
By submitting a booking request, reservation inquiry, or contact form through the Prestige Black website, you consent to receive automated communications including SMS text messages, emails, and other notifications related to your request.
These communications may include booking confirmations, availability responses, payment requests, deposit links, reservation reminders, service updates, or other operational notifications. Messages may be sent using automated messaging systems or communication platforms.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
19. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, submit fraudulent booking requests, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
20. Third-Party Services
Prestige Black may utilize third-party platforms for payment processing, booking automation, messaging services, and reservation management. Use of these systems is subject to their respective terms and policies.
